Dr. Acacia Neveux grew up in a medically-centered family and knew medicine was what she wanted to practice from an early age. Her love for animals made the decision to become a vet an easy one. Dr. Neveux graduated from Washington State University with her Bachelor’s in Zoology and stayed to complete her DVM. She is passionate about shelter medicine, surgery, and emergency medicine, with an added interest in cardiology and ultrasonography.

When not caring for patients in the clinic, she enjoys time with family, watercolor painting, hiking with her Anatolian Shepherd ‘Lady,’ mountaineering, skiing, and just about any other outdoor activity. She is excited to learn and grow at SVH through all the new opportunities and challenges the hospital may bring.
